Pre-production testing

Risk is minimized by inspecting accessories by doing color matching inspection, fabric inspection, lab dip test, daily cutting test, wash test, knitting & flannel inspection, measurement specchecking.

Initial production testing

During initial production First the finished products are checked against the buyer's specifications and the prototype model. Deviations are identified and corrected

During production testing

Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that initial discrepancies have been corrected and to ensure superior quality.

Final inspection

The final inspection is based on the buyers specification and includes criteria such as design/style, compactness, accessories, marking, colours, labelling, material etc.
